Cross Border Talents is looking for a German speaking Customer Support Representative to work for a global leading provider remotely in Portugal
Description:
Your role will involve providing customer service via incoming calls, live chat, emails, and social media channels. You'll serve as a consultant to our customers, offering prompt and tailor-suited solutions to questions and issues.
Key Responsibilities: Assist users with Pre-Sales, General Inquiries, and technical support issues via phone/email/chat/social messaging channels (as assigned).Adapt the brand's voice and tone for interactions on both private (phone/email/chat/messaging channels) and public (social, forums, e-commerce reviews) channels.Respond appropriately to customer escalations and escalate issues to higher tiers of support as defined and documented. Document relevant case information.What You Need: Native level of German (C1-C2 level)Fluency in English (at least B2 level)Outstanding communication skillsGood typing and computer skills (MS Office applications)Ability to explain complex concepts clearlyOrganizational, decision-making, and analytical skillsTeam player with a positive attitudeHigh school diploma or equivalentPrevious experience in customer service is an advantage, but not requiredAvailability to work on rotational shiftsWhat You Can Expect from Us: Full-time role, hybrid or online if not in SofiaCompetitive salary.Comprehensive initial training and onboarding (fully paid).Professional Development and Career Navigation programs to support your career growth.Possibility to work remotely.Additional benefits including Health and Life Insurance, Transport allowance, Meal allowance
