Role Overview: As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll manage customer inquiries through multiple channels—phone, chat, email, and social media—addressing issues related to accounts, technical support, and financial matters. Your efforts will enhance customer satisfaction and drive continuous improvements in our operations.
