Within the framework of HR Services, we are providing excellent services and business competence regarding all HR Services related processes. Key Responsibilities: Performing general and more complex administration of HR Services tools, programmes, and processes on a local and partially European and global level Provide consultancy services and service excellence to the HR community regarding general and more complex issues Handle standard & complex inquiries & support through ticket service or via phone (if required) Timely execute assigned tasks and more complex issues according to defined processes, timetables, and service levels in compliance with tariff and works agreements, e.g. Administrating procurement, invoicing and financial processes and reporting incl. recharging if required Oversee and execute tax calculations of individual and collective events, tickets, catering, company sports, and any other benefit in kind concept Drive the continuous improvement of internal documentation incl. mapped processes and knowledge base articles and act as a reliable author of nominated articles Ensure correct execution of laws and regulations with regards to specific employee master data and organizational data according to defined procedures Participate regularly in workshops and meetings held by subject matter experts Act as a role model in compliance with the relevant laws and regulations as well as adidas' Fair Play Code of Conduct and other internal policies and company agreement Key Relationships: HR Services teams HR Experts HR Partners Employees External authorities, consultants, and suppliers Finance, Tax and Legal department Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Good level of affinity to and experience with Business computing solutions, ideally with SAP HR Very good analytical skills and detail-oriented work style Ability to work with high volume and transactional administration issues Team player mentality Strong customer focus and service minded International mind-set; first experience as part of a geographically & culturally diverse team Ability to work under pressure as well as prioritizes and completes tasks in order of importance Good understanding of legal and tariff regulations Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications: Commercial education or University Degree 1-3 years of relevant work experience, ideally within an international matrix organization Excellent command of English; Good command of German would be a plus Strong experience with Business computing solutions, ideally with SAP HR tools Strong knowledge of MS-Office applications, including Excel Specialized skills in work area - Broad knowledge in functional area ***Please apply with your CV in English.***
