Accounts Receivable Process Area Lead

.We have an incredible opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Process Area Lead to join our SDO team.
As an Accounts Receivable Process Area Lead, you will be responsible for credit limit management, establishing collection targets, ensuring timely collections, and accurate payment mapping and coordination with various teams such as Sales, MDM, and Legal Teams, as well as overseeing accurate bad debts provisioning and detailed analysis of operational reports.WHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?Build a strong, engaged, and efficient team, ensuring effective people management and development of the team.Communicate updates, issues, and problems related to credit, collections, closing, and analytics processes to RTR Solution Lead.Approve customer credit limits per company policy and review consolidated credit reports for deviations, escalating to Sales and RTR Solution Leads.Ensure timely cash application and establish collection targets with strategies for timely payments.Monitor and escalate delayed payments to stakeholders.Oversee AR period-end close activities, ensuring accuracy and adherence to timelines.Collaborate with RTR for bad debt provisions and revenue accruals.Address escalations, ensuring AR ledger and period-end reporting closure.Define QTC reporting needs in collaboration with other teams.Partner with RTR Solution Lead to streamline credit, collections, closing, and analytics processes.Mitigate risks in collections and closing and enhance process efficiency.WHAT SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WILL BE REQUIRED?Total relevant experience of 5-7 years.Knowledge of SAP 4 HANA, especially FSCM Module of SAP.Strong understanding of the business and O2C processes.Strong communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.Ability to be flexible with job duties and scope of work.Familiarity with data analytics tools – Power BI, SAC.WHAT IS ON OFFER?As a colleague at Scandinavian Tobacco Group, you will receive a comprehensive compensation package.
