Como Representante de Servicio al Cliente tus tareas incluyen:Recibirás escalaciones de colegas que interactúan con clientes y trabajarás bajo estrictos plazos para resolver problemas complejos relacionados con el cumplimiento de pedidos en línea de clientes que esperan los mejores dispositivos electrónicos de consumo.El objetivo principal de este rol es asegurar una rápida resolución de los problemas que surgen durante todo el proceso de compra en línea. El equipo de Back-Office de Retail es responsable de este proceso desde la recepción del pedido hasta la entrega del producto, gestionando desde cambios en las preferencias hasta la finalización de devoluciones (RMA).Te coordinarás con socios y proporcionarás instrucciones para resolver problemas, evitando involucrar al cliente en asuntos complejos, lo que garantiza una satisfacción inmediata del cliente. Realizarás investigaciones que llevarán a decisiones que afectarán las relaciones con clientes y socios.El contacto con los clientes por teléfono y correo electrónico es necesario para comunicar la resolución de problemas, proporcionando actualizaciones oportunas durante las investigaciones y restaurando la relación.Realizar tareas en SAP con un alto nivel de detalle para el mantenimiento de registros es esencial; las acciones en SAP requieren una atención meticulosa al detalle y el cumplimiento preciso del protocolo KBase.A quien buscamosHablas y escribes Español e Inglés en un nivel fluidoCapacidad para trabajar de manera rápida y eficiente bajo presión.Demostrar que puedes trabajar y tomar decisiones con mínima supervisión.Eres detallista y enfocado en el cliente.Utilizas proactivamente tus sólidas habilidades de resolución de problemas para ofrecer soluciones.Dado que esta posición depende del volumen de pedidos, se requiere flexibilidad y ocasionalmente trabajarás horas extras.Interesado en los KPI personales y del equipo, te concentras en lo que se puede hacer en lugar de lo que no se puede hacer.El conocimiento de SAP es una ventaja, pero podemos enseñarte.Que ofrecemosPuesto a tiempo completo, 40 horas a la semana.Entorno internacional y trabajo desde casa.Capacitación pagada.22 días de vacaciones al año.Tarjeta de comida libre de impuestos de 6 euros por día laboral.Salario competitivo y sistema de bonificaciones.¿Quieres inscribirte?Si tienes alguna pregunta sobre esta oferta, no dudes en ponerte en contacto con nosotros en ******.
