ResponsibilitiesProvide excellent customer support via phone, email, and chat in DutchAssist customers in resolving their inquiries and issues promptlyUtilize support tools to find effective solutions for customer challengesCreate a positive and welcoming experience for every customer interactionDocument feedback and customer interactions to help improve our servicesCollaborate with your remote team to enhance overall service deliverySupport the onboarding process of new team members through knowledge sharingQualificationsFluent in Dutch and proficient in EnglishPrevious experience in customer service or a similar role is preferredExcellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanorAbility to work independently and efficiently in a remote settingBasic computer proficiency and familiarity with customer support toolsStrong problem-solving skills and adaptabilityA proactive and motivated mindset to contribute to the team remotelyWhat's in it for you In this role, we offer benefits that support both your career and lifestyle:
