Jouw werkzaamheden:
Contact met klanten via chat, telefoon en mail om vragen te beantwoorden en te helpen waar nodig.
Je lost IT-problemen op van klanten, in foutloos Nederlands
Je zal klachten behandelen
Jij bent:
Communicatief sterk en zelfverzekerd
Je hebt affiniteit met technologie
Iemand die de Nederlandse taal vloeiend beheerst in taal en geschrift.
Professioneel en doelgericht.
Empatisch en een absolute teamplayer
