As a supplier to the automotive industry, KIRCHHOFF Automotive develops and manufactures complex metal and hybrid structures for body-in-white and chassis, which are lightweight, economical, and crash-resistant. This is because the vehicles of the future – from electric to autonomous – also require body structures capable of providing maximum possible safety for everyone involved in an accident in an emergency.
Responsibilities
Monitoring customer accounts for overdue payments and following up on outstanding invoices.
Ensuring timely and accurate billing.
Processing payments and reconciling accounts.
Investigating and resolving any discrepancies or payment issues.
Collaborating with internal teams to improve the collection process.
Requirements
Experience in accounts receivable or related field. (2 - 5 years)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Fluency in English
