Principal Função: Dirigir ações relacionadas com a gestão de revenue de um grupo de hotéis com estreita ligação com o Diretor de Revenue.
Implementar operações, procedimentos e melhores práticas de gestão de receitas.
Identificar novas oportunidades de receita.
Supervisionar a gestão de receitas e a estratégia de distribuição do hotel e gerir as operações de rendimento do dia-a-dia.
Realizar estudos de benchmark competitivos e acompanhar tendências de mercado.
Perfil e Requisitos:
Licenciatura em Gestão Hoteleira, ou formação profissional equivalente;
Experiência em funções similares, pelo período mínimo de 2 anos;
Conhecimentos sólidos a nível de Microsoft Office, PMS (Property Management Systems), Newhotel preferencial e de sistemas de revenue (Channel Manager, RMS, Business Intelligence, entre outros);
Fluente em língua inglesa e espanhola, sendo valorizado o conhecimento de outros idiomas;
Fortes competências de comunicação e orientação para o cliente;
Experiência em grupos hoteleiros e multi-marca valorizados;
Dinamismo, proatividade e resistência ao stress.
