Our client's educational software suite offers tools and services designed for schools and homeschools to enhance collaboration, streamline instruction, and ensure safe learning environments.
Key responsibilities: Make daily outbound calls and emails to decision-makers to establish rapport, assess needs, and complete sales.
• Demonstrate how the product meets the demands of businesses in various areas by explaining its solutions and value ideas.
• Conduct outbound prospecting actions to attract potential clients interested in reviewing the program.
• Manage outbound marketing from idea generation to sale closure.
• Lead and participate in team projects to improve the sales process.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas.
• Contact existing clients to promote new additional items or enhance the usage of current ones.
• Resolve minor technical setup concerns and escalate to appropriate teams. Requirements: Fluency in Irish / English and English languageGreat communication skillsSales / cold calling experienceKnowledge of the Irish educational system
