Cross Border Talents is recruiting for a Streaming Platform Advisor for the Italian Market to work remotely in Portugal.Position: Streaming Platform AdvisorLocation: RemoteContract Type: 6 months contract ( opportunity of renewal)Starting Date: 31 July 2024Shifts:-Monday to Sunday (including bank holidays)-07:00 AM 09:00 PM (8 hours per day in rotational shifts)-? 2 Days Off: rotational daysCompensation and Benefits:-Welcome Bonus: 2000€-Salary-Performance Bonus-Compensation Bonus-Daily Allowance-Transportation Allowance-Healthcare: Free from day 1 (fully covered after 6 months)Requirements:? Italian (C2)+ English (B2)? Experience in Customer Support (preferable)? Internet with fiber? High School Diploma (mandatory)? EU citizenship or Portuguese residence card/permit (mandatory)? Availability to work in shifts (mandatory)Job Responsibilities:-First point of contact for viewers and a critical brand ambassador.-The right person for this role is enthusiastic at addressing our client's customers' needs aiming to provide an excellent service.-?Assist viewers through phone, chat and emails regarding different queries.-Provide account and application support to viewers namely with regards to software functionality.-Provide technical support, troubleshooting system configurations, and network settings.-Provide accurate and real-time responses to the viewer's inquiries.-Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.Are you excited about this opportunity?
