Keep in mind that real estate is still very much an eye-to-eye business.Create and execute a comprehensive sales plan aligned with company goals.Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of competitors.Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment of sales efforts.Represent the company at industry events and conferences.Required Experience (one or more of the following):- Experience as a Real Estate Agent or Legal Professional in Portugal.- Proven track record of success in sales roles.Technical Skills:Strong knowledge of the real estate industry, including documentation, sales cycles from listing to deal closure, and familiarity with internal processes in agencies or related entities like lawyers and solicitors.Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools.Familiarity with digital sales techniques and platforms.Fluency in multiple languages is preferable, with English as a must-have.Soft Skills:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to foster a strong team spirit and collaborate effectively.Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.Results-driven mindset with a passion for achieving targets.Adaptability and willingness to embrace new technologies and methodologies.Why Join VeriCasa?Competitive salary with performance-based bonuses
