As a Digital Transformation Team Lead, you will be pivotal in driving and overseeing complex digital transformation initiatives globally.
This role requires a deep understanding of digital technologies, exceptional product and project management skills, and the ability to provide formal leadership to cross-functional teams.
You will be responsible for developing and executing digital transformation strategies, managing projects, and ensuring successful outcomes that align with the organization's global objectives.
Key Responsibilities:Digital Strategy Execution: Lead the execution of the organization's digital strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and global objectives.Leadership & Team Management: Oversee multiple digital transformation initiatives simultaneously, providing direction, guidance, and formal team leadership.
Set clear goals and deliverables.
Oversee the delivery of high-impact digital solutions that drive customer success.
Ensure consistency and that all projects follow Sprint 0 best practices for clear problem definition and feasibility assessment.Optimize Customer Journey: Support OutSystems' customer journey and drive the creation of digital products that elegantly, consistently, and engagingly support that journey.Data-Driven Decision-Making: Leverage advanced data analytics and business intelligence to make informed decisions, identify opportunities for optimization, and enhance processes and web experiences.Operational Execution & Prioritization: Drive operational execution, ensuring that digital initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and with measurable impact.Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with key stakeholders at all levels, including senior management, to gain buy-in and support for digital transformation initiatives.Change Management: Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption of digital solutions.Team Management: Build and lead cross-functional delivery teams, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and high performance.Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with digital transformation initiatives.Financial Oversight: Manage project budgets, allocate resources effectively, and ensure cost-effective delivery of digital initiatives.Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality of digital deliverables by defining and monitoring project quality standards.Vendor and Partner Management: Evaluate and select technology vendors, service providers, and strategic partners that align with the desired goals.Innovation and Technology Evaluation: Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and trends, assess their relevance to the organization, and recommend adoption strategies.Formal Leadership Skills: Provide formal leadership by setting a vision, defining clear goals, and inspiring teams to achieve them.What We're Looking ForProven experience leading development teams in an agile environment.Strong understanding of digital transformation, customer experience, and SaaS platforms.Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.Excellent problem-solving skills—can anticipate issues and drive resolutions.Strong knowledge of agile methodologies, software development processes, and best practices.Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders.Data-driven mindset—can track and analyze impact metrics to improve solutions.Passion for coaching, mentoring, and developing people.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Bonus Points:Experience in low-code platforms or enterprise software.Knowledge of AI-driven automation, customer analytics, or digital adoption strategies.Prior experience in a customer-facing or product-oriented role.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree or additional certifications in product management or digital transformation preferred.Minimum of 10 years of experience in leading digital transformation projects on a global scale.Strong analytical skills, and ability to gather, interpret, and analyze information to solve complex problems.Strong understanding of digital technologies, emerging trends, and their application in business contexts.Proven track record of successful leadership and execution, with formal leadership responsibilities.Excellent product management skills, including managing prioritization, solution design, and implementation.Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Proficiency in change management principles and methodologies.Experience in vendor and partner management.Relevant certifications in product management or digital transformation (e.g., PMP, Prince2, CDTMP) are a plus.Join us in disrupting the status quo of the low-code market, we give you the power to "Ask Why", you give our customers the power to innovate through software
