Executes sales processes, as defined, to ensure that occupancy and revenue goals are achieved while maintaining brand integrity. I nvolves overseeing the sales efforts and management of group reservations and corporate events.
Requirements Previous experience in Sales and/or Reservations required Previous experience in Hospitality required Detailed-oriented Proficient in communication; both verbal and written Self-starter who can work independently Excellent organizational and multitasking skills Customer-centric disposition Great social skills and a good sense and sound judgment in practical matters Must align with the company's missions and values Punctual and reliable Professional demeanor Team player Bachelor's degree Must be fluent in English and Portuguese Key Responsibilities ;
Has an excellent understanding of company products, services, and values; Responds to qualified inbound leads by creating and sending quotes while upselling premium service offerings and overseeing the sales process from start to end; Negotiates contractual terms to achieve acquisition goals without sacrificing quality or revenue;  Develops and sustains account relationships;  Manages the Sales CRM including reporting, data entry, and analysis; Responds to customers' requests, questions, and concerns;  Communicates pertinent product and service information to customers before and after the sale; Creates and organizes logistics documents, and communicates pertinent customer and contractual information to the relevant departments responsible for the execution of the services; Identifies and contacts new leads that fit the company personas. Start Date: May-June 2024
Location: Porto Area (Hybrid)
Time Commitment: 40 Hours per Week
Type of Contract: 6 months with renewal upon evaluation
Compensation: Will be determined based on experience
