Sr Manager Integrated Marketing Campaigns

We are seeking an experienced Integrated Digital Marketing Manager to join the Global Demand Generation and Digital Marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing and experience creating successful demand generation programs with paid, owned and earned marketing channels that result in lead generation. This role will manage a digital marketing team and help drive alignment of activities across the team while executing specific campaigns.

Responsibilities: Managing a local digital marketing team of campaigns managers, web developers and web producers to drive our digital marketing programs focused on demand generation.  Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that create awareness, drive demand, and generate leads. Define campaign content that maps to specific personas and the journey funnel, working with product marketing to get content created. Manage paid and owned marketing channels, including search, programmatic display, content syndication, email and social to reach target audiences. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling content and messaging. Analyze campaign and web marketing performance and optimize for maximum ROI. Job Description and Requirements

This role will manage a digital marketing team and help drive alignment of activities across the team while executing specific campaigns.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling content and messaging. Analyze campaign and web marketing performance and optimize for maximum ROI. Requirements: 8-12 years of proven experience in developing and executing successful digital marketing and integrated marketing campaigns that produce marketing qualified leads. Experience managing digital marketing teams driving alignment, optimization, and achievement of business goals. Strong understanding and ability to execute paid marketing channels (SEM, Display and Retargeting, Social, Syndication and email). Experience in audience building with both 1 st party and 3 rd party data. Experience with Marketo, Adobe, Salesforce, Bombora and ABM platforms a plus. Success in creating content that maps to the buying journey and persona that drives engagement and conversion. Excellent project management and organizational skills. Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
