Your mission:
Your mission as a Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant/CTA/CMA is to be responsible for the implementation of stories following the standards of the area. You will participate in the design sessions, being able to lead part of them. You will attend definition sessions and collaborate in the elaboration of design documents and the creation of technical user stories. You will perform the developments, the functional validation of the implemented process and you will support in the implementation of the project in production. You will be in charge of the resolution of high to medium complexity issues/defects including their escalation to production. You will participate in coordination with your colleagues in the different projects, helping the more junior profiles to grow.

Who are we looking for?
We are seeking confident, curious, and experienced ServiceNow resources that canimplement any or a combination of ServiceNow modules: ITSM, ITAM, CSM, HRSD, ITOM, SPM, SecOps, IRM, and / or GRCand can enable our client, build custom business applications, and integrate ServiceNow and third-party applications and telephony platforms.
Requirements:
4+ years coding in JavaScript and ServiceNow deployments, implementations and / or integrationsExperienced in building and supporting all ServiceNow modules for customersServiceNow – Certified System Administrator is requiredServiceNow – Certified Implementation Specialist is requiredAny one or combination of these modules: ITSM, ITAM, CSM, HRSD, ITOM, SPM, SecOps, GRC, IRMServiceNow – Certified Application Developer is desiredServiceNow – Certified Technical Architect is desiredServiceNow – Certified Master Architect is desiredExperience with database design schemas and data modelingExperience working with Web Services technologies such as SOAP and REST desiredExperienced with JavaScript, Bootstrap, React, Angular, or Node.jsStrong requirements gathering experience. Ability to work with business users and clientsStrong interpersonal skills, customer-serving attitude, and appreciation for cultural diversityProven team playerITSM and ITIL familiarity is required (ITIL Foundations certification preferred)Computer Science or Engineering degree or an equivalent preferredSalary Range:
