Manage relationships with key stakeholders, streamline GBS interaction across customerunits and countries, and drive- BL opportunities on regional/local level. Responsibility for the development, exploitation and maximization of theregional penetration and profitable growth of the assigned key customer for theportfolio of GBS- business lines. Your mission will be… Generates knowledge on the customer's specificregional strategy, its business environment, portfolio, local initiatives andprograms; Analyses customer's markets, position and needs; Investigates specific business and- BL opportunities, according to thegeographical scope; Defines and implements the account business planjointly with GAM, Hub Head and regional BL Portfolio CRM; Prepares customer meetings in close collaboration withHub Head and Hub BL Heads; Builds and maintains aneffective customer networkacross the Region and customer hierarchy levels; Builds- BL- oriented offers, and drives /supports top opportunities; Identifies and developsopportunities, particular inthe field of innovation / digitalization; Initiates- specific services and solutions incollaboration with GAMs and BL Portfolio CRM; Facilitates and contributes to regional and- BLcontract negotiations for services and solutions; Manages regional customer complaints as a point ofescalation, if necessary. We are looking for someone with… More than 3 years' Key AccountManagement/Senior Sales and related management experience with a track recordof successful performance (new orders), preferably in the relevant industry /market; Minimum 3 years' experience inmanaging complex projects/customers successfully; Customer Knowledge, identifyingand developing customer value; Translating strategy intoconcrete actions skills; Business and sales planning skills; Consultative selling and salesand customer development skills; Analytical skills and problemsolving; What you can expect from us… A hybrid andflexible working model to promote a better- life balance, along with abudget for home office support and the opportunity to do 16 hours a year ofvolunteer work.
