Atualmente, estamos no mercado à procura de um Brand Management & Sponsorships Consultant para integrar na Direção de Marca e de Canais de Atendimento.
Principais Responsabilidades:
- Propor, desenvolver e garantir a implementação do plano de comunicação para ativação dos diferentes parceiros nos diversos meios e plataformas (Estádio, Academia, Pavilhão, equipamentos, digital, entre outros), garantindo a conformidade com as contrapartidas contraídas contratualmente com os diversos parceiros;
- Propor a conceção, desenvolvimento e implementação de eventos do Sporting Clube de Portugal de forma a garantir a promoção da retenção e fidelização de parceiros comerciais;
- Garantir a implementação de contrapartidas acordadas com os patrocinadores dos diferentes eventos do Clube de forma a assegurar o cumprimento das obrigações contratualizadas;
- Desenvolver os processos administrativos relacionados com as contrapartidas negociadas com parceiros B2B, nomeadamente a emissão de cartões, criação de listagens nominativas, entre outros, garantindo o cumprimento das condições negociadas;
- Elaborar reportings periódicos a apresentar aos diferentes gestores de contas, relativamente ao cumprimento das contrapartidas negociadas com os parceiros, de forma a disponibilizar atempadamente informação fidedigna de suporte à gestão das relações com os parceiros comerciais;
- Assegurar a criação de bases de dados com informação individual dos diferentes parceiros, que permita identificar eventuais oportunidades de negócio, elaborar planos de acompanhamento e negociar novas propostas comerciais, de forma a contribuir para a consecução dos objetivos comerciais do Grupo Sporting;
- Propor, desenvolver e acompanhar as atividades de ativação da marca junto dos Parceiros do Sporting CP, em dias de jogo e/ou outros eventos, nomeadamente em viagens Corporate, garantindo a sua gestão, contacto e o acompanhamento necessário;
- Garantir a negociação e adjudicação para produção de materiais relativos a ativação das marcas dos Parceiros no universo Sporting, através da gestão da carteira de fornecedores, garantindo o cumprimento das obrigações contratuais negociadas;
- Garantir a articulação e colaboração com as diferentes áreas, de forma a monitorizar o retorno do investimento por parte das marcas Parceiras, assegurando os respetivos reports.
Perfil:
- Licenciatura e/ou Mestrado em Gestão, Economia, Marketing ou Comunicação;
- Experiência profissional de 3 a 6 anos na função;
- Experiência comprovada em Gestão de Marca/ Produto, Gestão/Ativação de Parceiros/Patrocínios;
- Conhecimentos de Inglês (B2);
- Perfil com excelente comunicação e dinamismo, organizado, proactivo, com capacidade para antecipar problemas, orientado para o cliente (interno e externo) e que saiba trabalhar em equipa.
