Manager of Inbound Sales EMEA & LATAM Lisboa Manager of Inbound Sales EMEA & LATAMLisboaLisbon, Lisbon, Portugal Job Description- Lead a team of inbound sales reps who will answer and qualify customer/client- sale inquiries concerning Motorola solutions, products, or services.- Build processes and reports to hold team accountable and to improve efficiency- Collaborate with performance marketing to analyze and optimize lead quality and email design and deliverability- Continue to enhance and update lead qualification criteria- Hire and train new team members- Coach and nurture team members to build their skills and provide them with growth opportunities within the organization- Educate team on respective business processes and- proactively continue to understand products & solutions- Work alongside other Inside Sales managers to update processes, understand changes happening, and communicate across teamsAdditional Knowledge/Skills:Deep understanding of Salesforce reports and dashboards to analyze data and to pivot accordinglyProactively utilize strong- solving skills in order to maintain and improve qualification rates- Demonstrate active listening and consultative selling skills when promoting additional products and services and resolving- Build and maintain a deep understanding of our competitive landscape- Exercise- tasking skills when managing multiple systems and applicationsBasic Requirements-  Utilize internal business tools and applications to effectively target and resolve issues.- Superior communication (written, verbal, and interpersonal).
