Key Responsibilities: - Basic Accounting: Manage transactions, prepare reports and budgets, and handle client and vendor communications. - Report Preparation: Organize documents, record meeting minutes, and perform basic bookkeeping tasks. - Travel Management: Book flights, hotels, and coordinate travel plans. - Scheduling: Manage calendars, book restaurants, and handle diary management. - Research: Conduct topic research and cost comparisons, presenting findings clearly. - Relocation Support: Assist with home rental, visa administration, and car importation. - Home Management: Find Wi-Fi deals, order groceries, and secure contracts. - Event Planning: Coordinate logistics, manage catering, and handle guest relations.
