Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Property Manager. The Property Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of properties, ensuring they are occupied with qualified tenants and maintaining the properties' physical condition. The company manages apartments for long term, and a co- living space with 10 rooms for short/mid term rental.
The role is based in Porto.
Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience in property management Ability to work independently and remotely Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software, google business Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations in Portugal Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field English and portuguese is a must If you find yourself fitting to this Role please send your CV in English Only
