We are looking for highly motivated, an experienced person with a strong online marketing orientation who speaks fluent Spanish and English for the position of Digital Marketing Specialist. The ideal candidate is both a self-motivated individual and a positive team player.
Responsibilities Define strategy and develop impactful social media and digital content that coexists with hero campaigns and build brand positioning and strong associations with key category drivers and consumption moments. Drive interest to own media platforms such as website, apps or social media channels, that will drive traffic, sales and penetration. Ensure best in class activations in every digital touchpoint starting from a deep understanding of consumer journeys, developing guidelines that ensure a perfect implementation of brand visual identity and maximize UX & UI Collaborate with partner agencies and ways of working for the digital landscape Budget management: Develop and manage digital budgets optimizing resources to achieve maximum impact and results. Analyze performance metrics for continuous ROI improvement, including conversion rates. Build a superior value proposition in owned transactional channels: Home delivery, app and web Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders Oversee the development and management of the customer loyalty program. Leveraging data driven insights, enhance program effectveness and foster customer retention. This includes personalised communication, targeted offers and proactive engagement inititatives aimed at nurturing loyalty and encouraging repeat business Work with cross functional teams to drive e-commerce optimization focusing on driving CRO optimization and maximizing online sales. This involves analyzing data, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance the e-commerce experience. Qualifications Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing or related field Relevant certifications in digital marketing and CRM management platforms Proven experience in defining and implementing successful long-term digital marketing strategies. Track record of leading social media and digital content strategies, creating impactful content aligned with brand positioning. Deep understanding of consumer journeys to optimize digital touchpoints. Strong analytical skills with a focus on performance metrics and ROI improvement. Proven success in developing and implementing loyalty programs to enhance customer retention and engagement. Fluent Spanish and english
