We are currently seeking a German Customer Advisor to join our dynamic team in Porto, Portugal.
What Youll Do: Connect with Customers: Use your German and English language skills to engage with customers via phone, email, and chat.
Solve Problems: Listen to customer issues, identify solutions, and resolve their concerns efficiently and effectively.
Provide Information: Share accurate and helpful information about our products and services.
Record Interactions: Keep detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and actions taken.
Build Relationships: Foster positive relationships with customers through excellent service and communication.
Collaborate: Work closely with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.
What Youll Bring: Language Skills: Native or near-native proficiency in German (C2 level) and good command of English (B2 level).
Experience: Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is a plus.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Problem-Solving: Ability to think on your feet and provide solutions.
Empathy: A customer-first attitude and the ability to understand and address customer needs.
Tech Savvy: Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer skills.
