Licenciatura na área de Gestão de Recursos Humanos, Psicologia, Sociologia ou área similar; Interesse por uma carreira de Recrutamento em Consultoria de IT; Forte sentido de responsabilidade, capacidade de gestão de tempo e organização; Boas capacidades de análise e comunicação; Domínio da língua inglesa (falada e escrita); Disponibilidade para integrar projeto no Porto. Funções a desempenhar: Recrutamento e seleção de profissionais de IT; Publicação de anúncios de emprego e triagem curricular; Pesquisa de candidatos (base de dados, LinkedIn, etc.), marcação e realização de entrevistas; Gestão das necessidades dos clientes e apoio ao desenvolvimento de negócio.
