GSK sells medicines and vaccines that are within the scope of these competitive tenders. Therefore, this function exists to support Commercial Business Units by ensuring exceptional quality tender submissions, tailored to the correspondent Product strategy defined by GSK and according to Portuguese legal framework for tenders, and internal policies.
In this role, you will... Check various tender search systems daily and identify any contracts which may be of interest to the company, either to bid or for market intelligence purposes. Co-ordinate with internal staff involved all needed documentation needed in the tenders to achieve desired results, assuring that relevant timeframe for sensitive tasks is followed by all staff involved in providing relevant documentation for tenders. Responsible for updating all spreadsheets, databases (EMTS, Mytender,…), related to tenders to produce reports when required. To follow relevant procedures for tender compilation ensuring tenders are submitted consistently ahead of the deadlines set by the tendering authority, ensuring compliance of contracts with all company systems and audit requirements. Manage the tender submission through its entire life cycle. Receive and deal with enquiries from internal customers and Public Administration officers concerning tenders. Accountability: Creating business winning documentation to an exceptional high standard. Demonstrating focus and determination on clarifying expectations, developing plans managing time, monitoring progress, and achieving end results. Guarantee a correct tender business and framework agreements management, according to GSK strategy and Commercial Business partners. Why you?
Basic Requirements: We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
Bachelor degree Ability to work under pressure, together with the capacity to plan a prioritise workloads in order to meet deadlines. Flexibility to work with cross-functional teams. Relevant experience in a Pharmaceutical Company or at Public Administration Tenders Body. High level of english Proficiency in Microsoft office (Excel, Access, PowerPoint).
