Our innovative RWE platforms and analytics capabilities empower companies to make informed decisions that drive improved patient outcomes and optimize healthcare resource allocation.We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Director to drive our growth in the European market. As a Business Development Director for Real World Evidence, you will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic business development plan, identifying new business opportunities, and cultivating strong relationships with key stakeholders in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to drive adoption of our Real World Evidence solutions in the European marketIdentify and target potential clients within pharmaceutical companies, healthcare providers, and research organizationsBuild and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their needs and aligning our offerings to meet those needsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customized proposals and presentations for potential clientsManage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation and qualification to contract negotiation and closing dealsKeep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for differentiation and innovationRepresent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to expand brand presence and generate leadsWork closely with internal teams to ensure successful project implementation and customer satisfactionProvide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline development, and revenue projectionsRequirementsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA, PhD) preferredMinimum of 7 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industryIn-depth knowledge of Real World Evidence (RWE) and its applications in healthcare and the pharmaceutical industryProven track record of success in driving revenue growth and meeting sales targetsStrong network of contacts within the European pharmaceutical and healthcare industriesExcellent negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to diverse audiencesAbility to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of initiative and self-motivationStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and propose innovative solutionsWillingness to travel extensively within Europe to meet with clients and attend industry events#J-18808-Ljbffr
