Missão
Assegurar o desenho, planeamento e concretização de experiências únicas e memoráveis, garantindo o acompanhamento da estadia do Cliente, antecipando e superando as expetativas, e promovendo um serviço de excelência de acordo com os standards definidos.

Principais responsabilidades

Assegurar a elaboração de programas "chave na mão", através da criação de experiências personalizadas, de acordo com o perfil e interesses do Cliente;

Assegurar a operacionalização das experiências/ eventos, acompanhando e realizando a coordenação operacional das mesmas e das equipas;

Efetuar as verificações finais para cada experiência/ evento (por exemplo, decoração, materiais, tecnologia), garantindo o cumprimento de todas os standards e procedimentos operacionais;

Assegurar o serviço de Concierge, em articulação com o Front-Office, recomendando pontos turísticos locais e outros serviços, de acordo com o Diretório do Hotel.

Perfil pretendido

Formação superior em Gestão Hoteleira, Turismo ou similar;

Experiência profissional em organização de eventos, preferencialmente de 2 anos;

Conhecimentos de MSOffice e de softwares de gestão, nomeadamente Host (ou similar);

Domínio de Inglês (fator obrigatório);

Forte orientação para o Cliente e para os detalhes;

Facilidade de comunicação e relacionamento interpessoal;

Dinamismo, iniciativa e capacidade de antecipação e resolução de problemas.
