As a Marketing Manager at Highgate, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our brand activation and daily operations at our units in Salgados and São Rafael, overseeing the direct marketing initiatives.

Main Responsibilities
Develop all communication needs for the launch of these units;
Assist the Marketing department in interacting with various marketing services;
Assist the units in developing and implementing the unit's marketing plan;
Prepare marketing activity reports and metrics for program success;
Lease with suppliers and partners for the success of events and initiatives;
Communicate and coordinate with the internal Marketing staff to understand business/marketing objectives and ensure deadlines are met;
With the Regional Director, Director of Sales, and unit General Managers, is responsible for the creation and execution of successful promotions and events including brand activations, launches, and partnerships;
Assist the Design team in maintaining internal marketing materials such as brochures, lightfaces, signs, posters, and digital marquees;
Provide real-time content for social media;
Coordinate with other departments as necessary to ensure successful events;
Must be knowledgeable of all happenings on property and in the market;
Be familiar with all hotel services/features and local attractions/activities to respond to guest inquiries accurately;
Other duties as required.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in marketing, advertising, or communications;
Experience in marketing coordination or similar role;
Experience in the hotel industry of 3-5 years, experience in branded hotels is a plus;
Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and brand activation/events;
Excellent communication and presentation skills;
Track record on managing international and franchising brands (preferable);
Experience in budgeting and forecasting.
