We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to join our team at Highgate Portugal. As a key member of our marketing department, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our brand activation and daily operations at our units in Salgados and São Rafael.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop all communication needs for the launch of our units;
  • Assist the Marketing department in interacting with various marketing services;
  • Assist the units in developing and implementing the unit's marketing plan;
  • Prepare marketing activity reports and metrics for program success;
  • Lease with suppliers and partners for the success of events and initiatives;
  • Communicate and coordinate with the internal Marketing staff to understand business/marketing objectives and ensure deadlines are met;
  • With the Regional Director, Director of Sales, and unit General Managers, is responsible for the creation and execution of successful promotions and events including brand activations, launches, and partnerships;
  • Assist the Design team in maintaining internal marketing materials such as brochures, lightfaces, signs, posters, and digital marquees;
  • Provide real-time content for social media;
  • Coordinate with other departments as necessary to ensure successful events;

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in marketing, advertising, or communications;
  • Experience in marketing coordination or similar role;
  • Experience in the hotel industry of 3-5 years, experience in branded hotels is a plus;
  • Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and brand activation/events;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills;
  • Track record on managing international and franchising brands (preferable);
  • Experience in budgeting and forecasting.
