We are revolutionising the fashion business with personalisation and streamlined processes.Our mission is to reduce the overproduction and waste in the fashion industry through the use of digital technologies.Your missionAs a Commercial Sales Assistant, you'll work closely with our commercial department and CEO in driving business growth and expanding our client base.
In this role, you'll be responsible for keeping sales processes running efficiently.This is a hands-on role for a proactive, ambitious, and sales-driven professional who is eager to make a direct impact in a dynamic and innovative tech environment.The journeySales & Business DevelopmentManage, compile, and share key commercial information across all commercial stakeholders and team: CEO and sales teams in Italy, the US, and Scandinavia.Actively participate in sales meetings (both in-person and online), take detailed notes, and compile clear summaries with key takeaways.
Ensure all relevant documents and action points are properly organised and shared for smooth follow-ups.Create compelling creative presentations by researching potential customisation options tailored to each client and context: expression, technique, ideas across e-commerce and retail.Client Relationship ManagementLead internal presentations on commercial topics and client onboarding ensuring seamless knowledge and pre-onboarding preparation.Organize client proposals efficiently, meeting tight deadlines with accuracy.Support the contracting process, assisting in drafting and reviewing to ensure smooth deal closures.Sales Operations & Reporting1.
Keep the CRM system up to date with all activities and client interactions.2.
Analyse performance of our sales reps, working closely with them, and assisting them in order to achieve goals.What you'll bring to the teamDegree in Marketing, Commerce or Business Management, or other relevant field.1-2 years of proven experience in sales (preferably in fashion, SaaS or tech solutions).Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.Strong organisational skills to manage multiple clients and projects.Familiarity with CRM tools (e.G.
