Events & Engagement Specialist Automaise is a fast-moving, VC funded, exciting start-up helping customers from all over the world to use Artificial Intelligence to automate business critical processes through our leading-edge product.

We are counting on you to: Audience Generation Engagement: Develop and execute strategies to nurture and expand audience relationships across multiple channels.
Leverage content, email marketing, social media, and personalized outreach to drive ongoing engagement.
Implement tactics to convert engaged audiences into leads.
Logistics & On-Site Execution: Oversee event planning logistics, including venue coordination, catering, and AV setup.
Manage event materials such as banners, brochures, merchandise, and ID badges.
Ensure seamless execution on the day of the event, including registration and attendee experience.
Post-Event Engagement & Follow-Up Coordinate post-event surveys, lead nurturing, and follow-ups with attendees.
Analyze event performance and suggest improvements for future events.
We expect you to have: BS/BA degree, or higher, in communications, public relations, journalism, marketing or related field.
Natural communicator, able to build relationships effortlessly and adapt conversations to different audiences.
Content creation skills, with the ability to translate tech concepts into clear, engaging, and compelling messages.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent organizational skills and the ability to collaborate seamlessly across cross-functional teams.
Proactive and hands-on approach, unafraid to pick up the phone and drive actions to get things done.
Driven and action-oriented, someone who takes initiative, embraces challenges, and isn't afraid to make things happen.
Fluent Portuguese and English-speaker; Spanish is a plus.
