The Role You will be responsible for: Conducting onboarding of new sales specialists.Developing a methodology for working with sales specialists.Conducting seminars, workshops, and individual training sessions to enhance sales performance.Identifying gaps in sales performance and developing targeted training solutions.Auditing, monitoring, and providing critical and constructive feedback to the Sales Teams.Developing new sales skills in the employees.Providing regular feedback to the Management.Staying updated on industry trends, best practices, and sales techniques to continuously enhance training content and delivery methods.Ideal Profile You have at least 1 year of experience, including solid experience in a similar role within Professional Services.You possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills with the ability to interact and build credibility across all levels of the organization.You are highly goal-driven and work well in fast-paced environments.You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders.You enjoy finding creative solutions to problems.What's on Offer?
