Overview / Summary:We are looking for a Senior Digital Sales & Commercialization Lead to join our team
Responsibilities:- Define and implement Go-To-Market strategies for customer-facing digital solutions;
- Analyze regional specifications, including customer behavior, competitor landscape, and cultural factors, to derive a global commercialization strategy;
- Adapt and refine the existing subscription-based commercialization strategy for key customer-facing solutions (MAX Monitor & Customer Portal) in alignment with overall sales objectives;
- Develop and establish selling strategies for new features and enhancements within customer-facing digital solutions;
- Ensure harmonization of local sales targets with global sales ambitions, establishing a KPI-driven tracking framework;
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and regional sales teams to ensure successful market adoption and revenue growth;
- Identify and leverage new business opportunities to enhance digital product monetization.
- Proven experience in pricing and commercialization of digital solutions, particularly within subscription-based models;
- Strong background in digital sales, including experience in defining KPI-based tracking of sales performance;
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to drive initiatives from strategy to execution;
- Ability to navigate complex, global business environments and align regional strategies with overarching company goals;
- Fluency in English, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Consulting background with experience in digital product commercialization;
- Fluency in additional languages beyond English;
- Experience in SaaS sales or digital product sales within B2B or B2C environments;
- Familiarity with CRM tools and digital sales analytics platforms.
