TRANSITION.#OGJSRESPONSABILITIESIntercompany Transaction ManagementEnsure proper understanding of intercompany contracts and transactionsEnsure proper legal documentation and tax framework/implicationEnsure that intercompany invoices are issued on a timely basis and according to contractual termsEnsure proper back up documentation before invoice issuanceManage and optimize intercompany rebills, invoices approval flow especially in the context of the migration to a new ERPWork closely with cash management teams to agree on invoices recovery plan/forecastClosingBook entries for the issued invoices in both sides of the transactionPrepare and book entries for accrued income/accrued expense (especially for recurring transactions)Review and manage intercompany reconciliationsPerform Balance Sheet analysis for intercompany balances (IFRS and Directional reporting)Ensure proper allocation/cleaning of intercompany accountsReportingPrepare and analyze intercompany accrued income/accrued expensesPrepare and analyze intercompany invoicing & collectionsPrepare and analyze Intercompany payments overduesIdentify bad debt provisions to be booked/reversedJOB REQUIREMENTSRelevant degree such as Bachelor's / Master / University Degree Accounting/finance.At least 3 years' experience in Finance activities;Ability to work with many interlocutors including non-financially literate onesAbility to cope with organizational changesStrong MS office user (particularly Excel)Strong communication skills, problem solver and team player behavior.GENERAL INFORMATIONSBM Offshore N.V. is a listed holding company that is headquartered in Amsterdam.
