Se procuras um desafio onde possas evoluir e aplicar as tuas competências, esta é a tua oportunidadeA empresa que o irá contratar:- Multinacional, com áreas de atuação focadas em Sistemas de Informação em Lisboa, nomeadamente no desenvolvimento e implementação de soluções de negócio baseadas em ferramentas de Microsoft, com especial ênfase em soluções de gestão integrada (ERP's)O que será importante para ter sucesso:Licenciatura em Gestão de Recursos Humanos ou similar; Experiência entre 1 a 3 anos em funções semelhantes; Fluência em inglês e português (oral e escrito); Conhecimentos de espanhol são valorizados; Experiência no recrutamento para empresas de IT é valorizada; Experiência em ambiente de consultoria é uma mais-valia; Capacidade de trabalho em equipa e forte competência comunicacional; Proatividade, autonomia e espírito empreendedor; Sentido de responsabilidade e motivação para atingir objetivos individuais e de equipa; Disponibilidadepara viajar (dentro e fora do país).As suas futuras funções:Otimização do recrutamento e apoio em tarefas administrativas; Atuação como ponto de contacto para colaboradores relativamente a saúde, bem-estar e serviços de apoio ao empregado, promovendo um ambiente de trabalho positivo; Assegurar a conformidade legal e as melhores práticas de RH, garantindo que as políticas internas estão alinhadas com a legislação em vigor; Apoiar o desenvolvimento e revisão de políticas, procedimentos e diretrizes de RH; Gestão de candidaturas para estágios profissionais (experiência com estágios IEFP valorizada); Coordenação comfornecedores externos que prestam serviços na área da saúde e bem-estar dos colaboradores; Apoio na planificação, organização e execução da avaliação de desempenho anual; Gestão administrativa dos processos de RH (classificação, arquivo, registo de documentos e manutenção de bases de dados).O que a empresa lhe pode oferecer:Formação sólida e estruturada, incluindo certificações, que garantem uma evolução contínua na sua carreira; Melhores ferramentas de trabalho para desempenhar a função com eficiência; Oportunidade deobter certificações Microsoft; Plano de carreira sólido com excelentes oportunidades de desenvolvimento; Exposição a diferentes realidades e setores de atividade; Participação emprojetos desafiantes e motivadores, em contextos internacionais e multiculturais; Ambiente de trabalho dinâmico, colaborativo e descontraído, aliado a uma aprendizagem exigente que garante desafios constantes.Se o seu perfil corresponder a este desafio, envie o seu CV com a referência "HR Spe
