David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy who is seeking to onboard a French-speaking Customer Service Advisor to join their teams in Porto.Position: Customer Service AdvisorLocation: Porto, PortugalWork model: On-siteEmployment type: permanent contractRemuneration: Base salary + bonusesDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Customer support to French-speaking customers by phone, email, chat and social media channelsSupport our merchants for all questions and inquiries about our product and serviceActively work on the optimisation of all processes related to our customers, to constantly increase the happiness of our merchantsClosely work with other departments together, for example Sales and MarketingREQUIREMENTS:Native/fluent in French both verbal and written (C2 level). Fluent in English (minimum B2 level)Ability to listen actively, identify, apply, and explain your product and/or service expertise with clarity, and solve issues in the first contact with customersAbility to take stressful situations wellPrevious Contact Centre or Customer Service experience (preferable)Enthusiastic and skilled in technology applications (using a smartphone, tablet or computer is easy for you)Good and customer-friendly service is the highest priority for youCurious and persistent in solving issuesOrganized and can keep a cool head even in stressful situationsOFFER:Working hours: Monday to Friday, between 08:00 and 19:00 with the possibility to extend late shift until 21:00 as per client agreementWorkload:40h/week (full time)A dynamic and creative team with a positive and friendly atmosphereFood vouchersGuidance and tools to reach your full potentialTraining Conditions Duration: 30 calendar daysSchedule: Monday to Friday, between 08:00 and 17:00Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: From 950.00€ per month#J-18808-Ljbffr
