THE ROLE As an Operations Strategy Director, you will be the leading memeber of the central Operations Strategy team. Your role will involve leading the development and implementation of strategies that contribute to the design of a high-performance global operating model. Reporting directly to the Operations Executive, this role will require close collaboration with various central and regional teams, ensuring that strategies are tailored to local contexts and effectively implemented across the organization. WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON? Recruit, train and manage a high-performing strategy team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability. Lead the design, develop and implement global strategies: Lead the creation and deployment of strategies and strategic models that shape our global operating model, ensuring alignment with the company's long-term goals, such as models for capacity planning and dimensioning, to ensure resources are efficiently allocated across the organization. Design operational processes, policies, and procedures to be executed at regional and local level that ensure achievement of operational targets across all regions, such as our turnaround cycle and the daily organization of activities. Manage the design, coordination and implementation of projects that are critical to achieving the company's operational targets, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope. Drive operational excellence by developing an organizational structure and governance that fosters a data-based mindset and acts over key operational metrics to drive continuous improvement Collaborate with Regional Teams: Work closely with regional directors and teams to adapt central strategies to local contexts, ensuring effective implementation and operational success.
