Italian speaking Technical Support Advisor in Lisbon For a people-driven global company that delivers customer experience solutions to some of the worlds best brands, providing multilingual customer experience management globally to diversified client base across all stages of the customer journey, we are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated ITALIAN speaker with a good command of English who wants to join a fast paced international team.
The role will be based in Lisbon, the beautiful and dynamic capital of Portugal. Are you ready to take on your next challenge? Do you live in Lisbon or in the surrounding areas? As a Technical Support Advisor, you will represent a very well known car manufacturer who specialises in sports cars. You will receive incoming queries from both customers and dealerships via phone and email, where you will answer and solve technical issues in a timely manner. Updating customers accounts, registration of operating issues as well as cross-sales activities will be part of your responsibilities. This luxurious and high-end brand will require someone who is a customer service professional who strives to achieve high client satisfaction.
We are looking for candidates who have:
Excellent communication skills both verbally and written in ITALIAN and EnglishPrevious experience in a customer service roleAbility to multitaskEagerness to learn and develop
The interview process for this role is done remotely via phone and online tests, so no need to come to Lisbon until you are successful Furthermore, there is a fantastic relocation package available for the successful candidate, which includes: flight reimbursement, accommodation allowance for the first 3 months.
