Je werkt daarbij samen met de competence centers Talent, C&B en Labour Relations.Je werkt mee aan het jaarlijks HR-actieplan waarmee we onze dienstverlening richting de business willen verhogen.JOUW PROFIEL als HR Business Partner (M/V/X)Je beschikt over een masterdiploma Human Resources, Rechten, Psychologie, Sociale Wetenschappen, Economie of andere menswetenschappen, of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.Je bent een uitgesproken teamspeler, weet hoe je mensen kan motiveren en je geeft en ontvangt graag constructieve feedback.Je kan je werk zelfstandig plannen en neemt zelf initiatief.Je werkt van op verschillende sites (Herdersbrugge, Rodenhuyze, Kallo en Drogenbos) en kan je zowel in Nederlands, Frans als Engels vlot uitdrukken.
