#OGJS ROLE PURPOSE The CBS Help & Support Center team plays a global role and facilitates the digitalization of our communication channels, acting as a first point of contact for any questions from our employees, suppliers and customers.
The Help & Support Center aims to provide accurate and standard responses, reducing the response time with a clear focus on improving the user satisfaction. With a dedicated team we expect to increase efficiencies on the day-to-day activities from our different business areas, acting as a close support function to all the departments.
As part of this team, the HR Support Specialist will be responsible for supporting employees at all levels in the organization across a broad range of business situations, finding effective solutions to requests received.
While supporting the deployment of the Help & Support Center strategy for HR, the main responsibilities are:
Prepare and keep process documentation and knowledge base up to date at all times. Provide support to the employees using official communication channels (mainly through SBM Service Portal). Manage effectively and timely HR related requests, acting as a first point of contact, according to the predefined SLAs. Ensure quality of response, by seeking information and delivering effective answers to employees, or following up with the relevant SMEs when necessary. Contribute to the optimization, standardization & efficiency of processes and systems, working closely with HR colleagues. JOB REQUIREMENTS We are looking for someone willing to learn and grow with us, with a strong focus on:
Behaviors & Inter-personal Skills Good communication skills and analytical capabilities Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with tact and discretion Proactive and Organized Feedback culture Ability to work with many interlocutors/teams Ability to work under pressure and to define priorities Knowledge and Other Skills Increase knowledge of MS Office tools Obtain experience with ServiceNow Increase knowledge of HR processes at large Experience process implementation and/or improvement Education and Relevant Experience Recent graduated (max 2 years) in the areas of business administration, HR management or information systems or others Maximum of 2 years' experience in a similar position on HR services or equivalent.
