Purpose of the Role: As a sales agent, you will have to reach all new potential clients, help them finalize their sign-up, and engage them with Reddit (Outbound calls).
Requirements: Language Skills: Native level of Brazilian, and C1 level in Portuguese and English.1-2 years of experience in outbound sales and digital marketing.Prior sales experience with a proven track record, comfortable with cold calling, target-driven, and experience in managing a sales pipeline through a CRM.Education: BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience. Benefits: Employment Type: Full-time position (39 hours per week, Monday to Friday).Contract duration: 12 months (can be extended for 12 more months. Permanent contract after 2 years).Compensation: 1200 euro gross per month.Variable bonus: 300 euro per month. Training: 15 working days (paid). Private health and dental insurance after contract signature (given that you already have a NIF and Social Security number).Vacation: 20 days (during the 1st year of employment).
