American Tobacco Sales Agent

Are you a results-driven sales professional with exceptional interpersonal skills? Blu Selection is seeking a talented Sales Agent to join our team and drive business growth in the tobacco industry.
As a Sales Agent for American Tobacco, your primary responsibility will be to actively seek out and engage customer prospects, responding to their inquiries and needs. You will be involved in order fulfillment, post-sales activities, and will play a key role in building and enriching our customer database.
Key responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries, emails, and orders
- Qualify new potential clients and leads
- Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions
- Upsell and cross-sell products
- Build and maintain a database of customer information
- Create business opportunities and increase revenue from existing accounts
- Collaborate with the team to share information and achieve common goals
Requirements:
- Fluency in German and a good command of English
- Business acumen and negotiation skills
- A strong sales drive and a "don't give up" attitude
