Job Title: American Tobacco Sales Agent

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team in Lisbon. As an American Tobacco Sales Agent, you will be responsible for actively seeking out and engaging customer prospects, building and enriching our database, and increasing revenue from accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries, emails, and web contacts in a timely and professional manner.
  • Qualify new potential clients and leads, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions.
  • Upsell and cross-sell products to existing customers, ensuring close communication with the team to share information.
  • Participate in order fulfillment and post-sales related activities, providing ad-hoc support as needed.
  • Collaborate with the team to create business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in German and a good command of English.
  • Business acumen and negotiation skills.
  • A strong sales drive and a "don't give up" attitude.
  • Motivation, reliability, and commitment to work.
  • A drive for excellence and professionalism.
  • Excellent communication skills and a team player attitude.
