About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused American Tobacco Brand Advisor to join our international team in Lisbon. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support and advice to our customers regarding our tobacco products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide product information to customers
  • Offer professional usage consulting for our products
  • Process warranty cases

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Dutch and a good level of English
  • Motivation, reliability, and commitment in your work
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A drive for excellence and professionalism
