American Tobacco Brand Consultant

About the Role:
As a Tobacco Brand Advisor at Blu Selection, you will be responsible for providing expert support and guidance to customers regarding our tobacco products. Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional customer service via phone and email, while also providing product information and professional usage consulting. Additionally, you will be responsible for processing warranty cases and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:

- Process warranty cases and ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Fluency in Dutch and a good level of English
- Motivation, reliability, and commitment to work

- Team player with ability to work with diverse nationalities
What We Offer:
- Long-term fixed-term contract, renewable every year
- Competitive salary, including free accommodation (shared flat, all bills included): 1040€ gross/month; Excluding accommodation: 1298€ gross/month
- Full-time working hours (40h/week), Monday to Friday, with flexibility to work between 7am - 10pm, 8 hours a day (plus one hour for lunch/dinner)
- Compensation during training period if successful (from 1 to 4 weeks): nearly fully paid
- Reimbursement of initial flight expenses after 3 months for international candidates
- Help in paperwork, opening bank account, etc. upon arrival
- Free Portuguese lessons, cooking classes, sports activities, and social events organized by the company
