THE ROLE You'll be integrated into a dynamic and professional team that works together to achieve a meaningful roadmap aligned with Farfetch's strategy. You'll work on projects across all areas of D365FO and different business units within the Farfetch group. Your responsibilities will include integrating D365FO with the Farfetch ecosystem and platform.
WHAT YOU'LL DOPerform Business & Functional Analysis in close collaboration with FARFETCH business & tech teamsAddress business challenges across FARFETCH, covering areas such as Tax, Treasury, AP, AR, Procurement, and Finance in generalDesign processes and requirements for the improvement of FARFETCH's PlatformLead solution design and initiatives, structuring business requirements, engaging with vendors, and ensuring proper business assessment of possible alternativesDesign and implement processes and/or ways of working with key stakeholdersPromote best practices across Technology Teams for Business Engagement, by establishing Business Analysis Processes and Templates, and supporting Portfolio and Roadmap definitionRepresent teams and their users, as required, during the design and delivery of projects that require system configurationSupport the implementation, training, go-live and post go-live activitiesLiaise with 3rd party providers on more complex projectsReport initiative status to senior management within Tech and Business stakeholdersWHO YOU ARE3+ Experience with D365 F&O support or implementationKnowledge of Core business processes across Finance, covering areas such as Tax, Treasury, AP, AR, and GLKnowledge/experience in working in the ERP implementation phasesExperience in documenting business procedures, and drafting functional specificationsInterpret technical documentation for training and end-user proceduresStrong analytical thinking and problem solving skillsFluent in English, both written and spoken is mandatoryREWARDS & BENEFITSHealth insurance for the whole family, flexible working environment and well-being support and toolsExtra days off, sabbatical program and days for you to give back for the communityTraining opportunities and free access to UdemyFlexible benefits programEQUAL OPPORTUNITIES STATEMENTFARFETCH is an equal opportunities employer ensuring that all applicants are treated equally and fairly throughout our recruitment process.
