Business Development Associate – Property Development at Litehaus
Location: Portugal (with travel to Spain and France)
Compensation: €3,500 fixed/month + performance-based bonuses
Bonus: €500 per signed agreement/MOU + 0.25% commission on paid invoices

The Role:
This is a strategic, high-impact role where you'll work directly with our leadership team to expand Litehaus' footprint in the market.
Your Mission:
As a Business Development Associate, your mission is to drive high-value partnerships with property developers, institutional investors, and decision-makers across Portugal and Spain.
You will build relationships, sign agreements, and drive revenue in one of the fastest-growing industries.
Key Responsibilities: High-Level Networking & Sales: Engage with CEOs, board members, and real estate investors to drive partnerships.Deal-Making: Close MOUs and contracts with developers, institutional partners, and large-scale investors.Market Expansion: Identify and develop new business opportunities across Portugal, Spain, and France.Presentations & Strategy: Create compelling presentations that showcase the advantages of modular construction.Pipeline & Relationship Management: Track deals, maintain strong relationships, and push them through the closing funnel.Industry Engagement: Attend high-profile events, real estate forums, and business summits.Revenue Growth: Drive deal flow, increase invoice volumes, and maximize commissions. What We're Looking For: 5+ Years of Experience: In business development or sales in the real estate development space.Well-Connected in Property Development: You have strong relationships in Portugal & Spain.Strong Closer: You don't just build connections, you sign deals.Confident in Boardroom Conversations: Comfortable negotiating at CEO/board level.Presentation & Communication Skills: You can educate clients and investors on the advantages of modular construction.Multilingual Advantage: Native Portuguese and Spanish or French is a strong plus.Results-Driven & Analytical: You track numbers, optimize sales pipelines, and improve deal closure rates.Flexibility to Travel: Regular client meetings across Portugal & Spain.
