A multinational French company, present in Portugal since 2007. We have offices in Lisbon and Oporto and specialize in Management, Implementation, Development, and Maintenance of Information Systems.
We operate in various sectors including banking, insurance, telecommunications, services, energy, and transportation, with over 150 active partners worldwide.
Main ResponsibilitiesDeveloping and maintaining Salesforce applications, prioritizing roadmap for future developments and integrations.Conducting business requirements gathering, documentation, development, and testing.Collaborating with external Salesforce consultants or solution experts as needed.Working closely with Sales, GTM, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to identify scalable system solutions.Providing updates on project timelines and expectations.Overseeing the development of an extended portfolio of business systems, including CPQ, e-signature, market intelligence, subscription management, and calendar booking applications.Managing vendor relationships, including vendor selection, benchmarking, and negotiations.Managing system licenses and budgets in alignment with leadership and finance teams.Providing business cases for new systems and additional requirements.Leading and mentoring a Salesforce Administrator/Business Analyst.Ensuring timely and quality work delivery while keeping stakeholders informed.Improving existing Salesforce infrastructure and implementing new features according to best practices.Developing and enforcing data governance processes to enhance system efficiency.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Systems Management, including Salesforce Sales Cloud.Proven experience as a Salesforce developer, with proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce development tools.Strong knowledge of web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).Experience with data integration techniques, such as ETL/ELT processes.Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).Salesforce Developer certifications (Platform Developer I and II) required.Salesforce Architect certification is highly preferred.Knowledge of agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, etc..Written and verbal communication skills in English (B2 mandatory).Hybrid work model: in Lisbon.Residency in Portugal – Citizenship or Work Visa/Residence Card (eliminatory factor).What We OfferHealth Insurance.Feedback&Coffee – the system that includes Aubay's Performance Management Cycle, with regular moments of feedback and the Career Progression Model.Working model: Hybrid in Lisbon.A Training Academy designed to think of you and your needs.
