Empresa de referência na Indústria Alimentar, com elevado foco na excelência e em contínua fase de desenvolvimento e atualização, está atualmente a recrutar um/a Quality Team Leader, para a zona de Lisboa.

A sua nova função
Será missão deste profissional a participação ativa e coordenação de projetos associados ao departamento de qualidade, em associação com o Diretor de Departamento. Este profissional terá a responsabilidade pela gestão de uma equipa multidisciplinar, gestão de fornecedores, coordenação de projetos com departamentos internos, assim como a gestão de budget da área.
O profissional irá contactar com gestão e manutenção de normativos, gestão de reclamações, controlo de produto acabado, gestão de matérias-primas e receção, elaboração e verificação de fichas técnicas, acompanhamento de auditorias e realização de ações de formação internas.
Este profissional irá reportar diretamente à função de Direção de Qualidade.

O que necessita para ser bem sucedido
Formação superior em Engenharia, a par com experiência superior a 3 anos em funções semelhantes em contexto industrial desafiante, com preferência pelo setor alimentar, presença em terreno e com background em gestão de equipas.
O conhecimento e contacto prévio a normativos como ISO 9001, IFS, BRC, FSSC 22000 e HACCP será bastante valorizado. Será necessária a experiência prévia de condução de ações de formação interna, com preferência pelo CCP (formação de formadores).
Serão fundamentais as competências interpessoais como capacidade de comunicação e liderança, capacidade de influência, orientação para a mudança e crescimento, orientação para projeto e gestão de prioridades.
A fluência em idioma inglês será obrigatória.
