Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Swedish and/or Norwegian-speaking CustomerSuccessManagertodrive customer satisfaction and loyalty through strong relationship building.
As a Customer Success Manager youleverage business outcomes by realizingvalueon thefundamental reasons the customer purchasedour solutions.You help customers discover new features and enable them to becomelong-term users.
What will youdo? Streamline theinteraction between the customer andUnit4aligned with a tailored customer journeytoleverageavalue-addedcustomer experienceacross allmoments that matter
Establish regular cadence with customers to measure progress against the Customer Success Planand togetherwith the customeridentify new wanted outcomes in cooperation with the Account Manager.
Bethecustomer advocate, continuously working in their best interest to maximize business outcome and value realizationbased onthe client business and processes understandingsupported byproduct usage anduserbehaviorsdatainsights
Be the Voice of the customer, encompasses the gathering and understanding ofall streams offeedbacktoimprove the quality and experience of delivered servicesand be the internal catalystofimprovement initiatives
Deliver added value services to leverage product value, product usage expansion
Identifyand drive new sales opportunities (up/cross-sell) in cooperation withAccount Management
Serve as the primary contact in the customer success management team in solving complaints and addressing service or product issues
Be able to develop and provide(annual orquarterly)business reviews with C-level executives, practitioners, and other management with your customersQualificationsExcellent communication and relationship management skills and fluent in Swedish and/or Norwegian, as well as English(verbal and written)
Experience with ERP or SaaS companies is a plus
Takes high degree of ownership over your work
Clearcommunicator with professional presencewithempathyand enthusiasm
Ability to lead through influenceand trust
Experiencein a similarcustomer-centric generating cloud software customer value with quicktime-to-value
Technically literate and familiar with customer engagement technologies, best practices andtrends
A Bachelors orMasterdegree inrelevant field
